So I’ve done my 2nd day of running.

I’m not sure it should be called running though. It’s more like jogging. But I’ve been looking stuff up, and runners look like their jogging a lot. Unless there going for speed, which currently I’m not. I’m trying to just not die.

I seem to have a limit though Around 1 mile my body goes “Fuck this” and I end up walking. But I did read that 2.5 miles kills about 250 calories (just walking) so i ran half walked half. Ended up with about 2.32 miles.

This is some bullshit. I better be gorgeous at the end of this.
