So I’ve been threatening to make a commitment. I keep saying I’m going to running for 30 days straight because they say it takes about that long to create a habit, and I’ve been told if you exercise for 30 days straight, you will notice a difference in your body.

Actually according to this you only need 21 days.

So I think I’m going to attempt it. I read up on running and so I’ll try to follow the proper rules and regulations and see what happens. 30 days folks.
