I’m not a political comedian.

When I first started comedy I was more political. I soon realized a strong joke today would be hacky next week so I didn’t really go for it. But because I’m forced to listen to politics on the radio for 6 hours a day (Don’t ask) I find myself with a lot of opinions. And because I’m a self absorbed comic I think that people should listen to said opinions cause…Well…They’re mine and obviously I’m important.

But I have no urge to actually tell most people them. Why? Because it makes my stomach hurt.

If you’re paying attention right now you know that rights are begin eroded, we’re on the brink of a 3rd world war and our safety(Americans) is the key point in delivering all of the blows to the world. I’m considered conservative but I’m slightly scared shitless about our current administration.

North Korea and Iran plus the ever growing shit hole known as Iraq. These things make me question my career choice. Am I supposed to make people laugh when we’re slowly falling into an Orwellian existence?

I don’t know. But I probably will continue to attempt to sling the funny. I’d love it if as we’re all destroyed a few people we’re like ‘Man, that nuclear bomb sucked, but Elon James White was hilarious.”
