Well.

Thanks Giving ruled. I mean for the food at least. I went with my mom to a freinds house for the day and it was interesting to say the least. But I’m thinking I’m gonna sell my soul away.

Okay. Let me explain.

You see. Im not a social person. Okay. Thats not so true. I am social, but I have periods of extreme anti social tendencies. I’m just really really odd. And i know it. So for the most part, I prefer to be alone. Unless I really, really like the people Im around. But the thing is, I knew the person my mother was going to see was a person with contacts. I want these contacts. I want to network with people and completely make myself available. Its a game i realize is being played. And if I dont jump in soon, im in trouble.

Hence the lovely Thanks Giving event.

I decide to roll with my mother to her power wielding friends Thanks Giving dinner to make a good presentation. Get really social. Make sure I have to contact this woman after this day goes by.

And lo and behold I did it.

The thing is i met other people while i was there as well. Bussiness folks. Folks who know other folks. And I made with the happy go lucky bullshit, and become cool with them as well, I even have to check one of their websites out. So by default, most would say this was a good day. Well besides the fact of the wants of these women folk who want to work with me.

Ya see. They are very politically involved. And they want me to work with them. But. They are on the opposite spectrum of me. I think there politcal morons. I think that to reach their level of imbecility you have to practice for years, and possibly get a degree.

And I’m suppose to work on some campaign for there wacky candidate.

Now the question is, do I work with this moronic candidate so that I may work with these bussiness people and attend political functions all for the networking possibilities? Get graphic design jobs, web design jobs, consulting jobs. All I have to do is go along with something i find idiotic and virtually retarded.

Its all about the game.

I will have to think more on this.
